DLO's Album "Customer Service" is the true essence of intelligent rap music. His rhymes have me reminiscing on the classic hip-hop styles of Pete rock & CL Smooth with a twist of Lupe, with beats that keep you cruzin' the streets for days.  He pulls no gimmicks and I can feel the passion and soul in his music, especially on the "Truth is Revealed."
Customer Service is very polished and gives you a breath of fresh air from the monotony of today's radio drones. If you dig the underdog, the underground or the under-appreciated, then this is one album worth checking out.
